Pink Ruffled 30’s DressFabulous pink dress from the 1930s with ruffles galore. Bias cut, old Hollywood glamor. The ruffles are attached with white netting. The dress closes up the side with snaps. Condition: Somewhat as is. There are some gray stains just above where the ruffles begin. I've done a gentle soak twice and they haven't come out but you may have better luck than me with a stronger soap! There are also three spots on the front around the tummy where the fabric
