I took the measurements with the front edges aligned so it will fit a bit bigger size if you wear it open. Has puffed half sleeves with ruffled cuff, one button at neck, deep scoop neckline, flaring shape and open front. Fabric is sheer nylon a double layer with lace collar and sleeves. Label
