Hat measures 8" in diameter across top, and inner diameter at base is 10. 5". Height of crown is 4. 5". Fabric is rayon velvet with rayon faille lining. Has union label only. Excellent condition with no damage. True colors are sapphire blue with light blue and aurora borealis rhinestone ornament. **A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical
