Lot 130 - "St. Nicholas: Volume XV. Part I. Six Months - November 1887 To April 1888" Antique Collected And Bound Editions Of St. Nicholas Children's Magazine Journal, Engravings, Poetry And Prose, Printed By The Century CoWear and tear to covers and spine, including splits along edges of spine and roughly glued spine and binding. Rear endpapers are damaged and split along seam. Covers, spine, and foredge are dirty. From wikipedia: "A popular service provided to St. Nicholas subscribers was that, for a small fee, six issues could be sent off to be bound into a hardback volume, with crimson covers and a gold stamped title."
