The pendant is hallmarked on the back indicating it was hallmarked in 1932 1933 in England, Birmingham. This heavy medal would have been awarded to a person for outstanding achievements in sport. The back and the front of the pendant could be engraved. MEASUREMENTS The pendant measures 3cm 1. 2" in diameter and hangs from a new 18" sterling
