It is on the medium thick side of felted hats. this hat will suit small medium heads ~ it measures 23 1 4 and will fits heads with to 20. 5 22 3 4 head circumference approximately. model has 21. 5 head circumference and the hat fits fine. With this hat style you can wear it slightly

Will not felt evenly due to superwashed and tencel content but you can succeed with a good merino base and a veil over it
