There's a sparkly rhinestone on her hat. This Rose Petal Place jewelry was not sold in stores and was available only through a mail order offer by sending in "petal" points from the back of packages. The ring measures a US size 3, as shown in the last photo, but the band is adjustable and can be made slightly larger or smaller.

The box is dated 1985 on the front and the back has the Sanrio logo
