Regency Rose Plume Agate Cabochon 50ctThis material comes from the same general area as Graveyard Point agate In the North of Oregon. It takes its name from the mine. It is famous mostly for the lacy angelwing formations along the top. Like some other Graveyard Point area plume agate, it has crystallization along the edges of the angelwing, as well as crystal lined vugs among the plumes. The rarest and most sought after colour in these plumes is pink. Dimensions at widest points: 5. 7 x

It is a very unique material which is made up of a conglomerate of other stones which include chalcedony

To our knowledge there were no large deposits of it found all those years ago

Any rock cutters out there will be able to get quite a few cabochons out of this piece
