Hard Maple Lumber 6/4″
Hard Maple has a cream white sapwood with a tinge of light reddish brown. The heartwood color varies from light red to dark red. The color of heartwood depends on the growing zones. Hard Maple has a fine texture, close and straight grains, sometimes wavy and burl. The wood may have some unsound knots on the surface.
Main uses of Hard Maple Lumber: Flooring, furniture, panelling, kitchen cabinets and countertop, table top, carving, stairs, baristers, decorative woodwork, doors, etc.
