Peru, Cajamarca, Community Coffee, Washed ProcessThis is a beautiful community sourced lot showing ripe peach, honey, and smooth, dark chocolate. We roasted this to be versatile as filter and modern espresso. Brewing Method Recommendation: Espresso and filter brew are both delicious. We roasted this as an "omni roast" so that it can be enjoyed using multiple brewing methods. A lot of thoughtfulness went behind this lot and roast to make this coffee work across many brew methods and applications.
We call these casual coffees because they are easy to drink and a great value -- some even say chuggable
