The grapes were fermented as whole bunches before being pressed off to rest in barrel for fifteen months. Fresh, snappy, peppery and absolutely delicious.

After the initial wave of fruit jumped at me I started to pick up blueberry jam and white pepper on the nose

with the help of Raphael's partner Marie Bourdon

and the vines have grown into near-trees

2015 marks the first vintage that we have imported this cuvée

then fermented naturally in a combination of stainless steel tanks and cement vats

and refreshing citrus on the palate
