The desk is overall in very good to excellent vintage condition with some wear from use
who restored and reupholstered the piece with a thick belting leather hair-on-hide
This pair of chairs came from Harvard University and is accompanied by thorough documentation showing the chairs in the original context
The leather feels terrific and chrome still maintains a great shine
when slip-on boot glides were then used briefly
Every chair undergoes a series of casting
Everything appears to be original and never re-glued
The piece is all original
