The first time I saw BF Roan bloom in my garden, I was utterly stunned by its complexity and depth. Each strawberry flecked petal is softly pinstriped, with a glowing violet reverse. In my PNW garden and field, mid season blooms develop a beautiful creamy tan fade, adding even more depth. For all its complexity, Roan is wonderfully versatile it

and slightly taller in shadier conditions
