Cherry Lumber

- Cherry is grown all over Eastern United States with the following characteristics:

• Sapwood is cream white in color. Grains are even, straight and beautiful. The sapwood can be steamed to obtain a darker color.
• Cherry heartwood color varies from dark red to reddish brown. The wood surface is smooth.

 - Imported kiln dried Cherry lumber has the following dimensions: 4/4”; 5/4”; 6/4”; 8/4”.

+ Dimesion: 

• Thickness: 8/4 = 50.8mm
• Width: 70mm – 300mm
• Length: 4feet (1.2m) to 16 feet (4.8m).

+ Grades: 1Com (1C), 2Com (2C), 3 Com (3C).

+ Packaging:

• Short bundle: 4 feet - 6 feet.
• Long bundle: 10 feet - 16 feet.
